(Republican Insider) – Phil O’Halloran who is part of the Michigan Citizens for Election Integrity group recently conducted an interview with Patty McMurray of 100 Percent Fed Up and Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit where he discussed the findings his team uncovered after doing months of research, explaining how voter fraud happened and how there was no ballot security in the Detroit 2020 election.
According to the folks at 100 Percent Fed Up, until last year, most Michigan voters probably assumed that when thousands of ballots are transported from point A to point B during an election, an armored truck, complete with a police escort and top officials riding shotgun would be how such a mission would be accomplished.
I mean, you’d think that at the very least these ballots would be carefully documented with proper log entries for every step of the journey, right? Well, unfortunately, if you thought this, you were wrong. Way, way, wrong.
Ballot security at the TCF Center during the 2020 general election did not exist. However, a proper “chain of command” is the central principle when it comes to securing ballots. The process of absentee voting adds a lot of extra layers to the transportation of these ballots.
“By its very nature, absentee voting involves transporting ballots from the voter to at least one processing facility, and from there to a counting board, and finally, to where they are to be stored. The first part of this process is handled by the US Postal Service. The rest is the responsibility of elected city and township clerks,” the report said.
In order to have a proper chain of custody, there needs to be, at minimum, two workers performing each of the transfers. These individuals should be equipped with clipboards and “bills of lading,” which lists the number of ballots that are being transferred, the times and signatures at each departure and arrival point, and then someone taking a look to make sure that all of the ballots properly arrived at their final destination.
These folks need to check at each step to ensure that additional ballots were not stuffed into the existing batches. It’s done for the protection of election integrity. Strangely, this is not required by the Michigan legislature.
“Instead, we learned that chain of custody, and thus ballot security in Detroit was pure fantasy. In fact, there was literally no meaningful chain of custody when thousands of voted absentee ballots were transported from any of 30 satellite centers or drop boxes to the Detroit Department of Elections (DOE) on West Grand Blvd or between the DOE and the TCF Center on Washington Blvd. in Downtown Detroit,” the report continued.
On the night of Nov. 2, 2020, O’Halloran and his team reported that at 1:44 p.m., ballot trackers Steve Orsini and Tim Mahoney monitored the election proceedings from an alley located behind the Department of Elections. A man comes out of the DOE carrying a stack of approximately 100 ballots out in the open. There’s no container or cover on any of them.
The man tells Orsini and Mahoney that he’s taking blank ballots to the Coleman A. Young Center, located several miles away. He’s traveling alone. The man is then asked if he is in possession of any transfer papers or chain of custody documentation. He skips providing an answer for the questions, opting instead to tell them that he’s already done this five times that day, going on to add, “I have been doing this all week.”
“Mahoney relates the incident to GOP challenger and ballot tracker Phil O’Halloran, who drives to the Coleman A. Young Satellite Voting Center approximately two hours later. Here, he asks the supervisor if anyone had dropped off blank ballots. She responds that a young lady had come earlier with some ballots. When pressed about the man with the hundred blank ballots from DOE, she abruptly states she is too busy and asks him to leave. [Orsini, Steve, affidavit, O’Halloran, P. Author’s statement],” the report added.
Michigan Election law says: 168.716 Absent voters and other ballots; wrapping, sealing. Sec. 716, “The ballots of each kind for each election precinct shall be wrapped and secured in 2 separate packages. Each package shall be securely sealed with a red paper seal furnished by the secretary of state and shall bear on its wrapper the name and number of the precinct and a certificate signed by the county clerk or some member of the board of county election commissioners or his or its duly authorized agent, setting forth the number and kind of ballots in such package and that such ballots were counted, packaged, and sealed by himself personally, or by his duly authorized agent.”
Around 2:02, “In the same alley behind Election HQ, Steve Orsini and Tim Mahoney observe another man pushing a dolly with 5 boxes on it across from the loading dock. Orsini notes that he had come out of the DOE building. One of the boxes is open and the contents appear to contain ballots. Orsini and Mahoney politely ask the man what is in the boxes and where he is going, after which he becomes very upset, starts yelling at them, and then proceeds to turn the dolly around and wheel the boxes back to the loading dock,” the report stated (screen shot here).
On November 2nd, there were more ballots transferred from the DOE to the TCF Center via large Penske trucks. The kind of chain of custody methods used during these transfers can only be described as very poor. If any were done at all that is. There are no log entries with the number of ballots being transported, the times, or names of transporters. These ballots were transferred out in open USP trays without any sort of lid or ability to lock up and secure the contents (screen shot here).
Here’s a section of the timeline that is discussed in the riveting interview mentioned at the beginning of this piece that goes on to explain the broken chain of custody with ballots in the city of Detroit.
“APPROXIMATELY 4:45 PM — GOP affiant and credentialed challenger, Poplawski, having waited outside the counting board since 12 noon, leaves the TCF Center without having been able to perform his duties as a challenger,” the report stated.
“4:55 PM – Having been removed from the TCF Center by Detroit police for an alleged rules infraction, on the orders of election official Chris Thomas, ballot tracker and affiant Philip O’Halloran arrives at the Department of Elections to meet with fellow ballot trackers who had been observing the movement of ballots in the days leading up to the election,” it continued.
The piece from 100 Percent Fed Up then says, “There he notices a large Penske truck parked on Third Avenue facing north. It is a few feet from the alley leading to behind the DOE’s (Department of Election’s) rear loading dock. Behind it is a large white City of Detroit pickup truck with two men sitting inside. O’Halloran asks them if there are ballots in the Penske truck. The driver states that the truck is empty. After photographing both trucks, O’Halloran leaves the area (screen shot here). [The author’s affidavit, c. November 15th, 2020].”
Take a look at the return of the drop boxes, which, according to many critics, helps to facilitate illegal ballot harvesting.
At around 9:30 p.m, four hours after leaving the Penske truck outside the Department of Elections and while on their way to a night shift at the TCF Center, Republican challenger Philip O’Halloran, along with his wife Cynthia come back to the DOE to check on the status of the truck. Taking a drive past the truck, the pair notice that the white pickup is still in the same position behind it, and that after four hours, two men are still sitting in the truck.
This seems very strange to them, but they decided to keep on going back to TCF, where they were prevented from going in by security, despite showing their GOP challenger credentials. After this, they go back to the DOE, where they spot the Penske truck driving past them going the opposite direction on Milwaukee.
Busting a U-turn, the couple follow the truck down the Lodge Freeway to Steve Yzerman Blvd and the TCF Center, where the truck then disappears inside the building via a service entrance in the back of the complex.
At around 9:45 p.m., “As Jennifer Seidl leaves the AVCB, she notes that the massive group of ballots that she had seen around mid-afternoon – those not showing up in the e-poll book and which all had the infamous 1/1/1900 birthdate – were still being processed.”
Then at 10:45 p.m., “Philip and Cynthia O’Halloran gain entry to the TCF Center, where they encounter a dispute at the front door of the counting board. Here, Sgt. Scott Barrick’s 9-person SWAT team of the Detroit Police Department, called in under the pretext of broken windows, is now being asked to bar entry to GOP challengers, including Trump campaign official Brian Szmytke. Only those cleared by DOE official Sommer Woods are permitted to pass. Unable to enter the room, O’Halloran informs Sgt. Barrick that there is a Penske truck inside the TCF that MAY have ballots that arrived after 8 pm on November 3rd and that if such ballots were to be counted, that could constitute a crime.”
Sgt. Barrick agrees to confirm the presence of the truck inside the building, but then admits he doesn’t plan to conduct a search of the truck. He then says he will report the information to a police investigator. However, the truck is never searched.
Late in the evening, as the election begins to wind down, readers of Michigan’s M-Live find out that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has gone on to describe the election as “exceptionally smooth.”
We’ve all been told over and over again that this was the “most secure election” in the history of our nation, but the documentation and evidence that exists prove that it was the exact opposite. The 2020 presidential election in Michigan was anything but secure.
It’s up to the people of the state of Michigan to apply pressure to their elected officials to continue digging into the truth of what happened last year during the election. If there truly was fraud, and there most certainly was, then those guilty of participating in this illegal act needs to be held accountable.

I remember Chicago Mayor Daly telling the people in Chicago “Vote early and often.” So that’s one of the many ways democrats steal elections. So what’s new? Democrats cheating during all elections has always been the standard m.o. and obviously the spineless republicans always do their usual thing when it is proven that the democrats were cheating and that’s absolutely NOTHING! All politicians know that democrats control the entire Far Left corporate media which and that the media has it has the power to absolutely destroy a conservative with endless lies and smears. So cheating will always be the standard m.o. for democrats and it will never change.
Let all pool workers be Republicans and on counting the vote stop and send home the 2 Democrats workers and make every vote for a Democratic switch to Republicans and let Democrats call it no Fraud and hiding the machines
All this ridiculous complicated mess of a system for what? We have to return to the old system, when Nov. 3 was election day live and in person. This elongated, circuitous process was designed for corruption. And what a coincidence that just in time the leftists are in position, in large numbers and key positions to pull off this hideous coup. And oddly enough, the key beneficiary of this travesty, this execrable corruption of the finest, freest system of government ever known, LEFTISTS. GLOBALISTS! With the surprise of St. Jerome in 224, on Nov 6, “The whole world awoke to find itself ….LEFTIST”
