BOMBSHELL: Liz Cheney’s Jan. 6 Committee Witness Could Find Herself In Jail…

(Republican Insider) – You’ve probably heard conservatives tossing around the phrase “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and wondered what in the world they were talking about. Well, in case you don’t know, it’s a rather serious mental illness that seems to completely unplug people from reality and sends them spiraling down a rabbit hole of delusion where they tend to blame all of the world’s ills on President Donald Trump.

And what’s really unique about this particular mental illness is that it’s the only one to truly and really be contagious.

Of course I’m not talking about an actual communicable disease. It’s more like a form of mass hysteria.

Lots of liberals have come down with raging cases of DTS, the latest being Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows during the Trump administration. And it seems the only way to cure her of this ailment might be to spend some quality time behind bars.

“Rep. Liz Cheney displayed a handwritten note at Tuesday’s Jan. 6 committee hearing that Hutchinson testified she wrote after Mark Meadows handed her a note card and pen to take his dictation, according to ABC News. Eric Herschmann, a former Trump White House lawyer, claims the note was written by him,” a report from The Western Journal said.

Hutchinson, delivering testimony concerning the note, stated, “That’s a note that I wrote at the direction of the chief of staff on Jan. 6, likely around 3 o’clock.”

“And it’s written on the chief of staff note card, but that’s your handwriting, Ms. Hutchinson?” Rep. Liz Cheney went on to ask.

“That’s my handwriting,” Hutchinson responded.

A spokesperson representing Herschmann spoke with ABC News on Tuesday saying, “The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was in fact written by Eric Herschmann on Jan. 6, 2021. All sources with direct knowledge and law enforcement have and will confirm that it was written by Mr. Herschmann.”

The question everyone is asking now is which of these individuals is telling the truth?

Hutchinson stated during her testimony that Tony Ornato, former Trump Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, informed her that Trump repeatedly made demands for the Secret Service to take him back to the Capitol on Jan. 6, according to a report published by FOX News.

Hutchinson then stated Ornato told her that Trump lunged at one of the Secret Service agents and attempted to grab the wheel of the SUV.

“Ornato, on the other hand, says he did not brief Hutchinson. A source close to Ornato told Fox News that Ornato watched the hearing and was distraught when Hutchinson made the allegation about the steering wheel. To top it off, Ornato wasn’t even in the presidential SUV when the alleged incident was supposed to have happened,” the Western Journal reported.

“Both Bobby Engel, the top agent on Trump’s Secret Service detail — who was in the SUV — and Ornato testified to the Jan. 6 Committee in private over the past year, according to Fox,” the report continued.

According to The Western Journal, neither Engel or Ornato brought up the matter with the steering wheel. Both of these individuals have stated that they are willing to testify to Trump not grabbing the wheel. But that’s not all. Apparently, the unnamed driver of the vehicle is also willing to cooperate if the committee asks him.

The one thing I often wonder when stuff like this happens is why in the world the left even attempts to lie, knowing good and well there are people who will come forward with the truth. What purpose does this serve? It only makes them appear more foolish, and with Biden wrecking everything in sight and causing more and more folks to turn Republican, ,is that really what they want to do right now?

“Judging by the Jan. 6 Committee’s refusal to have witnesses cross-examined by reputable Republicans like Jim Jordan and Jim Banks — who were not allowed on the committee — it’s doubtful that Ornato and others who dispute Hutchinson’s claims will be called by the committee. It wouldn’t suit their tendentious tactics,” the report stated.

What’s really unfortunate is that despite telling lie upon lie, it’s unlikely that Hutchinson will actually be held accountable for her actions. Her testimony is basically hearsay. She’s saying that the claims she’s making were things she heard from someone else. She herself did not witness any of the behavior discussed during her testimony.

However, U.S. Code sections 1621 of Title 18 makes it pretty clear that any person who “willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true” has committed perjury and could be imprisoned for up to five years, fined, or both.

And then Section 1001 says that “whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the government of the United States, knowingly and willfully” falsifies or conceals information while providing testimony before a congressional committee may be fined or imprisoned up to five years.

It makes no sense why Hutchinson would lie, knowing there’s a potential of prison time if she is busted. Why would she do that? Well, DTS might be the culprit. And boy does it come with some rather weird symptoms and side effects.

“Take Liz Cheney for example. She recently reached out to Democratic voters in Wyoming asking them to register as Republicans to vote for her in the upcoming primary election. Surely some Dems in Wyoming have TDS, but not enough to stop Republican Harriet Hageman from handily winning the election,” the Western Journal reported.

This was a useless action and a waste of time. So why would Cheney even bother?

“Why would the Jan. 6 Committee commit to humiliating itself time and again on national television? Due process has been blatantly thrown out the door. Propping up young witnesses like Cassidy Hutchinson to be chopped down by the facts and witnesses waiting just outside the committee doors disintegrates any inkling of legitimacy the committee crazily believes they possess,” the report said.

These people need some serious help.

  1. More than TDS it could be that Cassidy Hutchinson wants to jump onto the same bandwagon as other RINOs. It seems to be the thing to do at this time. Being on the ‘accused’ side and then saying lies that would get onto the ‘accuser’ side is a manipulation that she is striving for to get off the hook. It’s also survival.
It would be nice to see Cheney and Hutchinson both in jail. Why stop at Liz Cheney.

  2. When you don’t think elected officials can stoop any lower, Liz Cheney proved me wrong. If one can sink lower than the swamp, she did. Then to encourage a young woman who was willing to lie under oath to incur favor with Cheney, for what reason. What was she promised? When will the truth ever be exposed? In the meantime there is a room, surrounded by bars, that would be the perfect housing facility for both of these women for the rest of their lives. Treason should never be taken lightly.

  3. Yeah, just like Dr. Christine Blasey Ford went to jail for lying about Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh! I’m not holding my breath😡

  4. You forgot to add Adam Kinsinger and the other Dems and Rinos who lied about a Trump during previous impeachments and after debunked they continue to lie and spread TDS misinformation.
