BREAKING: Minnesota Forced To Stop Discriminating Against Whites In COVID Treatment

(Republican Insider) – A new report from WND has revealed that a lawsuit has forced the state of Minnesota to align with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision for a society that is colorblind and drop its discrimination against whites in the distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments for the coronavirus.

The Star Tribune of Minneapolis is reporting that the health department in Minnesota had been using a scoring system to prioritize treatment which awarded “BIPOC” people, which is an acronym that stands for black or indigenous people of color.

Getting this racist formula removed from the criteria of who should receive the vaccine has come as the result of a lawsuit that was filed by a nonprofit organization called America First Legal against the states of Minnesota, New York, and Utah.

“The legal group’s general counsel, Gene Hamilton, said similar race-based health-care treatment that is being implemented across the country is ‘antithetical to everything we stand for as Americans,'” the report said.

“And while the allocation of medical treatment based on skin color is not something any American would expect to see in 2022, the American people should understand that this is just another example of the application of ‘equity’ by the woke and radical left,” Hamilton stated.

Hamilton then went on to tell Minnesota Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm that the policy they put in place violates Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Care Act — among other federal laws.

“Rather than directing medical providers to assess underlying medical conditions that could heighten a patient’s risk of progression to severe COVID-19 — regardless of their race or ethnicity — your department lumps all non-White people into one monolithic block and makes blanket assertions about their underlying medical vulnerabilities,” Hamilton stated in writing.

The lawyer then went on to say that the policy “does not promote fairness across your population, it does not respect individuals, and it does not protect against inequity.”

“Instead, it subjects an entire class of citizens to unequal treatment based on the color of their skin,” he added.

Minnesota officials attempted to argue that the Food and Drug Administration advocated the policy in a fact sheet that was updated in the month of December.

“Other medical conditions or factors (for example, race or ethnicity) may also place individual patients at high risk for progression to severe COVID-19, and authorization of Sotrovimab under the [emergency use authorization] is not limited to the medical conditions or factors listed above,” the FDA document stated.

However, as of this writing, the state health department in New York continues to discriminate against non-Hispanic white people in how it is distributing oral antiviral medication, according to the Washington Times.

According to Rep. Lee Zeldin, a Republican from New York, who is currently running to be the GOP nominee to take on Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul this fall, said the policy amounts to “dividing New Yorkers by the color of their skin.”

Zeldin then stated that he’s “heard from multiple constituents with qualifying health conditions who are concerned they have been denied because of this new order.”

The policy in Utah allows medical professionals to consider race and ethnicity when they are determining who is eligible for monoclonal antibody treatments for the coronavirus (screenshot here). Health officials in the state have argued that Utahans who identify from communities of color have a significantly higher risk of severe disease requiring hospitalization.

Progressives are just dying to rip America apart so they can rebuild the nation according to the visions of the late Karl Marx. In order to do that, they need to make sure that people are not united. Only united as a people can we force the government to act within its prescribed constitutional boundaries.

So they want us divided. They have employed the use of color as one of the primary means of accomplishing that goal.
