(Republican Insider) – The one thing that’s been on the minds of the vast majority of conservatives in the United States since 2020 is whether or not President Donald Trump would once again take on the swamp by running for office again in 2024 as a means of reclaiming the second term that was stolen from him by Democrats.
There have been a number of clues and hints dropped by Trump ever since that election concerning whether or not he would be running again, but nothing concrete has been announced.
Well, his supporters might be about to get the answers they’ve been waiting for.
According to The Western Journal, a new report is suggesting that Trump could be preparing to make an announcement about his intentions for 2024 in the coming weeks.
“According to The Telegraph, sources close to the former president believe Trump will announce his intent to run in 2024 from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida. Some sources believe the announcement will come as soon as this month,” the report from the Western Journal said.
“Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has emerged as the most likely challenger to the Republican nomination for president, and the Telegraph reported this may play into Trump’s decision to launch his bid from Florida,” the report continued.
“According to a Granite State Poll conducted between June 16- 20, 2022, by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, DeSantis is surging in popularity among Republicans,” the WJ report added.
The poll uncovered 39 percent of likely Republican voters held DeSantis as their first choice for president in the 2024 election, while 37 percent of voters stated that Trump was their top choice.
But you know what would be really awesome? If DeSantis and Trump both ended up on the same ticket. Talk about a winning combination. America would never, ever see another team like that in history. It would be like the Avengers of the political world.
Another poll that was taken back in July of 2021 stated that 47 percent of likely voters stated that Trump was their top choice, while 19 percent went on to say that DeSantis was their number one pick.
“DeSantis has fueled speculation about a 2024 run of his own by failing to explicitly rule out running against Trump, the Telegraph reported. His successful actions against Disney’s leftist agenda have also contributed to his popularity,” the report said.
“Fundamentally, people are sick of a Democratic Party that has let this wokeness seep into politics,” Republican fundraiser Brian Ballard went on to tell The Telegraph in a different article.
“[DeSantis] is beloved by blue-collar, working-class voters. He drives the establishment crazy. And he doesn’t care what the media prints,” he continued.
Ballard noted that the two men share a lot in common when it comes to character qualities, though there are some very key important differences between them as well.
“He went to Harvard and Yale, and in my 30 years in the business, I’ve never seen someone with such an innate understanding and grasp of the policy and of the issues,” Ballard said.
However, this doesn’t seem to have phased Trump at all.
“I don’t know if Ron is running, and I don’t ask him,” Trump said. “It’s his prerogative. I think I would win,” the WJ reported.
Trump has never lost any of his confidence.
One thing we know for sure is that both of these men would be excellent choices for the presidency and our nation would be blessed to have either one of them at the helm. The fact that either of them could be running should strike absolute terror into the hearts of the radical left because their days of running this country into the ground are numbered.

I would hope Trump gets the presidency and Desantis his vice president. That would be the best line up.Then Desantis run the 8 years behind Trumps four. 12 years to get this toxic crap the democrats have bestowed on us out. This country needs to get its power back, and in good standing with the rest of the world.These two men can get it done quickly and efficiently.
