(Republican Insider) – It’s no secret the federal government colluded with social media companies, oftentimes pressuring them to censor conservative voices on their platforms, all in the name of stopping the spread of what they referred to as “misinformation.” Of course, the problem here is that the federal government gets to define what misinformation means, and given that the vast majority of individuals within said government are progressives, you can guarantee that anything that does not line up with their ideology gets this label slapped on it.
However, it’s not just the Federal Bureau of Investigation that engaged in this kind of behavior. Harold Hutchison of the Daily Caller has revealed that the White House actually pressed social media giant Facebook to censor Tucker Carlson of Fox News for stating that “vaccines” “don’t work,” according to a document that was released by Jeff Landry, the Republican Attorney General for the state of Louisiana.
“Since we’ve been on the phone – the top post about vaccines today is [T]ucker Carlson saying they don’t work. Yesterday it was Tomi Lehren [sic] saying she won’t take one,” White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty is alleged to have stated in an April 14, 2021 email addressed to an unidentified Facebook employee, which was shared on Twitter by Landry.
“Landry along with Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt sued the Biden administration in federal court on May 5, claiming that members of the administration colluded with social media companies to suppress debate on the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues. The court ordered the Biden administration to turn over communications between officials and the tech companies in July,” Hutchison wrote for the publication.

“This is exactly why I want to know what ‘Reduction’ actually looks like – if ‘reduction’ means ‘pumping our most vaccine hesitant audience with [T]ucker Carlson saying it doesn’t work’ then… I’m not sure it’s reduction!” Flaherty went on to say in a document put out by Landry.
The unidentified employee for the social media company then told Flaherty that they were “running this down now,” as per Landry’s document.
Landry did not provide any details concerning how the document was obtained.
The radical left is absolutely terrified of what might happen to the general public if the truth were to be published on a platform where anyone and everyone has access to it. This is because they know their worldview cannot stand up under scrutiny. Censorship is the only way to keep the masses believing the lies they continue to spread through the mainstream media.
Voices like Tucker Carlson have a way of influencing people with the facts, which ultimately means if what they have to say gets out, it could potentially wake people up. Can’t have that, can we?
