(Republican Insider) – Canada is taking the COVID charade to new heights. Over the weekend in New Brunswick, a new policy went into effect giving grocery stores the ability to ban unvaccinated individuals. In other words, no jab, no food.
This is an egregious violation of human rights and one legal organization has already become involved, sending a letter to New Brunswick’s Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Hugh Fleming.
The warning letter sent by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedom on Tuesday regarding the “revised COVID-19 mandatory order” that was signed on Dec. 4 by Fleming, asserts that the order discriminates against unvaccinated people.
The order allows for owners and occupiers of premises where proof of vaccination is not mandated by law to be able to be “free to choose between making proof of vaccination a requirement of entry to their premises and making distancing mandatory in their premises.”
According to the Justice Centre, this particular paragraph in the order is raising “growing and significant concern” across New Brunswick and Canada as a whole as it clearly gives permission for grocery stores to discriminate against unvaccinated individuals should they decide to require proof of vaccination for entry.
“An invitation to the private sector to consider such egregious discriminatory practices triggers historic Charter violations,” Andre Memauri, staff lawyer at the Justice Centre, said in a news release.
“Potentially depriving citizens of food constitutes an act of cruelty. It is discriminatory, unconstitutional, and likely an offence under international law. No one should be barred from the ability to purchase food to feed their family.”
Just like no one should ever be forced or coerced into submitting to illegal and tyrannical vaccine mandates in the first place.
According to the Epoch Times, “The Justice Centre said that the right to food is a fundamental human right enshrined in various international documents, including Article 25 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights.”
The legal group also pointed out that the possibility of grocery stores being permitted to ban unvaccinated individuals was “inconspicuously” excluded from the New Brunswick government website regarding its new “Winter Action Plan” for COVID-19.
The new policy went into effect Dec. 4 in response to what New Brunswick Health Minister Dorothy Shepard called a “very concerning” increase in the province’s infection rate over the prior two weeks.
The “very concerning” data is 752 active cases of COVID-19 with a total of 136 related deaths as of Dec. 7. With a population of just over 776,000, that’s a whooping .09% of the population. Clear justification to ban unvaccinated from getting food to feed themselves and their families.
What an absolute sham.
It’s really about time to give it up with the whole COVID pandemic narrative already. COVID is nothing more than a seasonal virus, just like the flu was (remember the flu?).
There are numerous affordable, safe, and effective treatment options that would actually save lives. The vaccines aren’t necessary, nor do they work.
Banning people from getting food simply because they will not submit to this scam has absolutely nothing at all to do with “public health safety” and everything to do with control and tyranny.

I gotta wonder at what point will Austrailians/Canadians/ AMERICANS stand up and say “NO FRICKEN MORE”!!
