Removing The “DeceptiCons:” Trump Tells Republicans To Stop Using His Name For Fundraising Without Permission

(Republican Insider) – Sure there are several GOP members of Congress who have been attempting to fight for the truth concerning the 2020 election and have been standing with President Trump since he won in 2016 but they are grossly outnumbered by the GOP members who are RINOs at worst, apathetic at best.

During the Trump era, Republicans haven’t wasted an opportunity to use President Trump’s name when fundraising but when it came time to defend him and stand up to the obvious voter fraud and corruption, many scurried away with their tails between their legs while others outright attacked him.

Perhaps if the Republican Party had stood in solidarity with Trump and the American people when it mattered, Joe Biden wouldn’t be sitting in the White House single-handedly ruining this country.

Perhaps Trump wouldn’t now be saying that enough is enough and calling on Republicans to stop using his name to fundraise without permission.

Why should he continue to allow them to capitalize on his name when they’re too cowardly to stand with him and defend the Constitution and our elections?

They have all but embraced Joe Biden as their president after abandoning Trump during his fight to uncover the rampant fraud and corruption during the 2020 election.

Even now, the Democrats are the ones putting up “election reform” legislation in Congress, not the GOP. They’re just now getting around to assembling a new committee to begin discussions of election integrity.

It really is too little, too late.

Is it any wonder that President Trump has put the GOP on notice saying that he and his people will begin cracking down on anyone who uses his name for the purpose of fundraising.

Guess it’s time to see how well these Republicans do without relying on President Trump’s name and reputation with the American people.

Politico reported that “Trump, who made his fortune licensing his name, has felt burned and ‘abused’ by the GOP bandying about his name to haul in money.”

Trump’s team has sent out the message that “any Republican or GOP committee seeking to use it needs explicit approval” and one Trump adviser has even said they’ve been sending out cease-and-desists to “faux PACs using Trump’s name to fundraise.”

During his CPAC speech, Trump told Americans that there is only one way to ensure donations are going to true Trump “America First” Republicans and that’s through his own Save America PAC.

Interestingly, House Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s reelection campaign took down a website called which served as a landing page for donations using Trump’s name. The site appeared right around the same time as when McCarthy met with Trump in Florida.

Sounds like Trump doesn’t believe McCarthy is loyal to the America First movement.

The truth is, if Republicans want to use Trump’s name they should have to prove they are loyal to the America First movement and the American people. The time for complacent Republicans is past.

If we’re going to defeat the radical left we need Republicans in office who are willing to fight not negotiate or bargain.

It’s clear President Trump is getting serious about gutting the GOP of the “DeceptiCons” as Conservative Treehouse called them. Restricting who can use his name to fundraise and campaign will be a powerful way to do just that.
