Tim Allen Celebrates Twitter Freedom With 3 Words About Biden

(Republican Insider) – While leftists are having an all-out meltdown over Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, conservatives are celebrating what could be the end of political censorship on the platform.

As sitcom star Tim Allen noted, we just might be free to say three forbidden words there now: Hunter. Biden. Laptop.

On Monday afternoon, Allen appeared to be celebrating the news of Twitter’s new ownership with a tweet that read, “The little twitter bird has a new owner. Wonder how long it will take for the new shadow ban council to prevent me from saying things like Hunter Biden laptop.”

Allen believes that Musk is going to bring about the restoration of free speech on the platform and that we will be free to discuss topics of national importance without the fear of silencing, censorship, and getting banned.

Things like Hunter Biden’s laptop, for example. We all know that Twitter worked overtime to suppress the stories about the laptop that emerged just days prior to the 2020 presidential election.

They went as far as to ban the New York Post, who originally broke the story, for a period of time along with anyone else attempting to get the information to the American people including elected officials and members of President Trump’s administration.

Musk is promising reform.

“Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” Musk said, as quoted in a Monday Twitter news release about the $44 billion purchase. “I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans.”

“Twitter has tremendous potential — I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it,” Musk added.

Musk is shaking up the Big Tech status quo and the leftist establishment is in full-blown tantrum mode. Their hysterics are both comical and frustrating.

Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King suggested that Musk is representing white supremacists and “white power” and just wants to have a place for unchecked racism, according to the New York Post.

“So for me, this isn’t about left vs right. Not at all. It’s about how the richest man in the world, a son of Apartheid, raised by a white nationalist, wants to be sure his speech, and that of other white men, isn’t censored” King said.

But King is apparently perfectly fine with white men being censored. Who’s the racist here?

Of course, leftists are playing the race card and bringing up the fact that he was born in South Africa. They’re desperate for him to be a racist, after all, he’s made himself their enemy by refusing to engage in group-think and push their political agenda.

Unhinged Sen. Elizabeth Warren said the purchase was “dangerous for our democracy,” according to the Post. Of course, less censorship is dangerous for democracy, sure.

Accounting newsletter editor Francine McKenna, writing in Time, went as far as to suggest that regulators should have stopped Musk from making the purchase.

“Everyone, including government regulators, should be on to his games,” she said, referring to an earlier attempt to take Twitter private that caught the attention of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

But isn’t it leftists who insist that social media companies are private and can allow or disallow whatever content they want on their platforms? Only if it goes one way. If not, it’s time to engage the “regulators.”

Others tried to argue that social media platforms now function as common carriers like utilities or railroads and thus need to be regulated. But only to stop any kind of political influence that doesn’t go in the direction of the Democrats, that is.

Musk’s purchase of Twitter has caused leftists to further expose their true colors. Just when we thought they couldn’t be anymore anti-America, anti-democracy.
